Last Friday. Future released a self-titled album that he announced just days earlier, and now he announced he’ll release yet another album this Friday (2/24). It’s called HNDRXX and that’s the artwork above. Tracklist and album credits TBA. (His self-titled album had no guests but it did sample Arcade Fire.) Future also played “Draco” off the self-titled album on Fallon last night, and you can watch that below.
UPDATE: The HNDRXX tracklist is out now and it features The Weeknd and Rihanna. An official music video for “Draco” off the s/t is out now too. Check out both below.
As mentioned, Future is touring with Migos, Tory Lanez and Kodak Black this year, including a PNC Bank Arts Center show on May 18 (that also includes Young Thug) and a Barclays Center show on May 19. All dates here.
In semi-related news, Gucci Mane, who Future released a collaborative mixtape with last year (and also in 2011), has announced his first full tour ever. It surrounds his appearances at Coachella and the Dallas/Austin hip hop festival JMBLYA, which also includes Chance the Rapper, Migos, Lil Uzi Vert and more (full lineup below).
Gucci’s tour hits NYC on April 9 at Terminal 5. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday (2/24) at noon with an AmEx presale starting today (2/22) at 10 AM. All dates are listed below.
