Emo-rapper POORSTACY (real name Carlito Milfort) has died at the young age of 26. TMZ was reportedly told by the Boca Raton Police Dept that he died early on Saturday, November 29.
A Boca Raton hotel worker told TMZ that the rapper was transported to a local hospital for a medical emergency on Saturday morning, and his death was confirmed by the Palm Beach County Medical Examiner. No cause of death has been reported as of this time.
