Clearly not content with mere pop-up shops, Drake has been opening permanent merch stores and now NYC is getting one too. (There are already locations in Toronto and LA.) It’ll have clothing, hats, keychains, and lighters, as you can see by browsing the online OVO store. The store is set to open this Saturday (12/10), though the exact location hasn’t been given yet. Below, watch a trailer video that hints it might be in the Bowery/Chinatown area.
Drake is doing just fine on ‘best of 2016’ lists, he was nominated for some Grammys, he’s the most streamed artist of the year on Pandora and Spotify, and he made iTunes’ best-selling album of 2016.
