Orlando Higginbottom has announced his new album as TEED, Always With Me, which will be out December 5 via Nice Age Records. TEED was what most people called his stage name, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, cause who has time to say all that or write it out these days, and now that’s officially the name of the project. The follows 2022’s very good When the Lights Go Out, which was his first album since his 2012 debut.
“I’m yearning for connection at the end of the world,” Higginbottom says of the new album. “It’s a theme that runs through the record. How do we find happiness in the chaos of our world? How do we release music in a broken, toxic industry?”
Always With Me includes recent singles “Desire” and “The Echo” and with the album announcement comes new single “My Melody” which is elegant, groovy dance pop. Check that out below.
