Six Organs of Admittance just released Time in Glass and have already announced a new double album, Jinxed by Being, which is a collaboration with dubstep / techno / experimental electronic producer Shackleton and will be out June 28 via Drag City.
Six Organs’ Ben Chasny says it was “an absolute pleasure” to work with Sam Shackleton. “He steered the ship in terms of production and I feel like a learned a lot from working with him,” Ben adds. “We’re both very stoked on this. I’ll write more about the music of Shackleton later this week but suffice it to say, if you haven’t explored his discography/world, you’ve got a real treat waiting for you.”

Six Organs of Admittance will also be on tour this year, including fall dates with Tashi Dorji and including shows at Brooklyn’s Union Pool on November 9 and Kingston’s Tubby’s on November 14. All dates are listed below.
