Ora the Molecule, aka Oslo art-pop musician Nora Schjelderup, has announced her second album, Dance Therapy, which will be out March 21 via Mute. “I feel like this is my debut,” she says. “It’s more me.” She means that literally as she wrote, performed and produced nearly every song on the album.
Inspired by DJ sets she did since her debut album, Nora says she tried to imagine herself both behind the decks and out on the dancefloor. She says, “What would I play for that Nora in the crowd to make her day just a little bit better?” The first single from the album is “Løveskatt,” a frothy, glammy irresistible slice of electropop and comes with a slinky video to boot.
