James Blake dropped a new single, “Thrown Around,” which finds him exploring some ’90s breakbeat vibes, and he also announced a “special eclectic solo show” happening in New York on June 12. He says to sign up for his mailing list to “hear more soon.”

Join us for a special evening with James Blake, an intimate night where humanity, the piano, and circuitry intertwine. This special and intimate performance will showcase James at his most elemental, with a piano and some other surprises. James will work with the natural acoustics of the space to create an unforgettable sound.
From some new compositions to some of the classics, the night will be a journey. But the night holds more than just music; it’s a chance to connect with James, to share in the stories behind the songs, and to be part of the spontaneity of an evening together. Whether you’re a long-time fan or new to his music, this evening with James Blake is an exploration of emotion, a celebration of artistry, and a gathering you won’t want to miss.
