Lollapalooza 2016 happens at Chicago’s Grant Park from July 28-31, and today set times were revealed. As always, there are some overlaps.
On Thursday, you have to decide between Lana Del Rey, The Last Shadow Puppets and J Cole; and between Danny Brown and Wavves (which also overlaps a bit with Yeasayer).
On Friday, Ghost and Major Lazer fans who also like Radiohead may be disappointed; as will anyone who wants to see both Future and Miike Snow.
Saturday wraps up with simultaneous sets from Red Hot Chili Peppers, Disclosure and Vic Mensa; there’s some overlap between Chris Stapleton and Jane’s Addiction; between Leon Bridges, Nothing and Big Grams (aka Big Boi + Phantogram); and between Nathaniel Rateliff and The Front Bottoms.
Finally, on Sunday you’ll have to pick between Bloc Party and Vince Staples; and between Haim, Flatbush Zombies and Flume. The reunited LCD Soundsystem‘s headlining set is up against Die Antwoord, Ellie Goulding and Zhu.
