Buzzcocks have announced fall tour dates, including East Coast dates with Lovecrimes and West Coast/Midwest dates with Descendents and Grumpster. All dates are listed below.
The NYC show is at Irving Plaza on September 11 and you can get tickets early with the BrooklynVegan presale that runs Thursday, June 6 from 10 AM – 10 PM using password VEGANBUZZ.
Any remaining tickets for the Irving Plaza show will go on sale to the general public on Friday, June 7 at 10 AM.
In other news, the band’s Steve Diggle will release a memoir, Autonomy: Portrait of a Buzzcock, on August 22 via Omnibus Press. “Before I’m Steve Diggle from Buzzcocks, I’m Steve Diggle from Manchester,” he says of the book. “I grew up in its streets, each like a sculptor’s chisel carving me into the person I am, the streets that taught me to see the poetry of life.” Here’s more:
